Enterprise Account Executive - Full Cycle SaaS BDR

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full deal cycle, including building pipeline through an outbound selling motion, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, leading product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will work cross-functionally and have the support of the Thrive team to help ensure your success.

We are looking for driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our fast-growing organizationThis position offers a base salary of $100,000.00 with earning potential above $200,000! This role is 100% Remote open to candidates in the following states: MD, VA, DC, NJ, MI, GA, TX, OH, NH, NC,UT and FL

Who You Are:                                                

  • Highly self-sufficient, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of SaaS experience
  • Ability to target prospects through inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive results
  • Utilize creativity in order to find untapped markets, networking and social selling
  • Has a consulting mindset and can use discover/probing skills with prospects as well as effectively articulate ROI and benefits
  • Ability to create presentations and is articulate and compelling in client conversations and works a s a customer advocate to help clients achieve their objectives and goals
  • Results and goal oriented. Can effectively track pipeline, forecast and deliver on expected projections
  • Demonstrated experience as an inbound or outbound BDR in Enterprise SaaS is preferred (Fintech Enterprise SaaS is a huge plus)
  • Experience with prospecting financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders.
  • Proven track record of leveraging a multitude of tools provided to you for developing your own pipeline
  • Proficiency with key enterprise sales tools (Zoominfo, Outreach, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to learn and has a good understanding of SaaS products to be able to represent them

How You'll Contribute:                                                       

  • Working with senior management, you will build and manage the outbound channel strategy from start (pipeline) to finish (deal close)
    • Ensure you are casting a wide net targeting prospects, securing two-way dialogue across all levels of both the business and support functions within the bank/prospect
    • Prove adept at owning conversations across all levels of an organization, being confident in interacting with C-suite level Executives and Analyst level staff alike
    • Guide prospects through every step of the sales process, including initial discussions, product demos, partnership proposals, due diligence, contract negotiation, and introducing consultants and other staff into the process as needed
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads using creative follow-up tactics designed to increase interest in Thrive and Rapid Finance software products
  • Partner with other sales and marketing team members to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills                                              
  • Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries and lead product demos
  • Represent Thrive and Rapid Finance at industry trade shows while educating and engaging with potential customers
